It's getting more likely that 40 slot debuff will be in the post. The general message from blizzard is that is should be in, but they don't know if it's currently in the PTR (little odd, but it is blizzard).
Will make affliction a potentially nice build. Might actually be able to out dps me on Loatheb  |

no point in going affliction since we are forced to keep coe / cos up in raids.
and fyi mar, backlash = 3% more crit.

At level 70 you'll be nuking with incinerate, not shadowbolt.. incinerate is just so much better So screw shadowbolt
and you can actually be viable in pve as affliction now... infinite mana and most of the time you heal yourself up too |
