So if microsoft decides to apply the update for the pirated versions of windows 7 that mean that we simply wont be able to download any more updates since we will have pirated versions?
How will the update work?

Ye, everything that requires windows validation (for instance installing microsoft security essentials, and recieving windows updates) will stop working.

.. but you don't have to install the updated WGA shit. it's optional!

I wouldn't worry about it. The crackers always seem to find a way around it - I doubt it will be any different this time.

That is, of course, unless you downloaded some dodgy version off thepiratebay.
