Hello, i have some days registered in ur guild forums, and i saw that there are some errors with uploading any kind of avatar. This is propably because u dont let the user the permission tou write on the /phpbb/avatar folder and upload his picture on the server machine u have put the forum
Anyway, if u want to fix that,
If you're using a good FTP client - I recommend SmartFTP
( http://www.smartftp.com/ ) - and are running phpBB2 on Unix then this will be very easy. First, locate the avatar files and directory and select them. Then right click on them and select 'Properties' or 'CHMOD' or 'Permissions' or something like that. You want to CH-MOD them 777.
